Dr. Preeyaa Aroraa
An enthusiastic and assiduous facilitator, a motivational team leader, a cognizant language trainer with a flair for the English language, Dr. Preeyaa Aroraa comes with over 15 years of experience in teaching, training and development. Her skills in designing & conducting customized learning and training programs are geared towards optimizing knowledge and operational efficiencies of the students and organization. She is a dynamic leader, able to bring enthusiasm, to motivate team members to achieve potential and meet objectives. She has excellent conceptual knowledge of grammar, phonetics and communication styles across the globe.She is a Doctorate in English language from the Jiwaji University, Gwalior. She is a graduate from University of Delhi and has many professional certificates to her credit that include Diploma in Computer Applications, Diploma in Fashion Designing and Advanced Skill Certificates for Spoken English, Image Consultancy and Health & Nutrition.
She started her career as a primary teacher and moved up with G. D. Goenka Public School as a Director. Helped cultivate a school climate and culture of success and promoted rigorous performance standards based on continuous improvement and best practices implementation. She Provided a motivational tone for students and staff where educational excellence is the focal point.Her experience as an educationist made her realise the gap between school/ college education and professional requirements. With an ambition to bridge that gap she founded SAGA – Speaking And Grooming Academy that bridges the gap between education and professional requirement. The academy works towards empowering the students and professional in soft skills , communication and personality development.
